Grilled Lamp Chop, served with mint cilantro vinaigrette on top of ginger sesame slaw paired with Meridian Vineyard's 2009 Santa Barbara Collection Pinot Noir
Coffee and Ancho Chile rubbed New York Steak with roasted leeks and a honey porter sauce paired with Niner Wine Estates' 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
