2011's five-course menu, prepared by Ian McPhee, of McPhee's Grill in Templeton included:


Appetizers during our Social Hour beginning at 5:30PM


Seared Salmon, served with HMR mustard butter, summer succotash, bacon & fingerling potatoes paired with Hearst Ranch Winery's 2009 Glacier Ridge Chardonnay


Grilled Lamp Chop, served with mint cilantro vinaigrette on top of  ginger sesame slaw paired with Meridian Vineyard's 2009 Santa Barbara Collection Pinot Noir


Coffee and Ancho Chile rubbed New York Steak with roasted leeks and a honey porter sauce paired with Niner Wine Estates' 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon


Two Little Birds Bakery Brownies served with Cold Stone Creamery's wine sorbet, featuring Epoch Winery's Tempranillo, all topped with chocolate sauce and paired with La Vigne Winery's 2009 Syrah Port
